Nigehban Ramzan Package or the Nigehban Ramadan Package is a welfare program launched by CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif. It aims to provide financial aid/assistance to low-income deserving families in Punjab in the Holy Month of Ramadan 2026. In this program, 4 million families across Punjab will receive a financial aid of Rs. 10,000 in this Ramadan. This amount will ensure relief by helping families to buy groceries and household essentials during this Ramzan.

Eligibility Criteria For Nigehban Ramadan Package 2026

The eligibility criteria for the Nigahban Ramazan Package are similar to the PSER Program. The individuals/families who have registered for the PSER Survey and are receiving aid through programs, such as the Ration Card, are also eligible for the Nigehban Ramazan Package 2026. However, the basic eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • Applicants must be permanent residents of Punjab.
  • Must have a valid CNIC as per NADRA records.
  • A registered mobile number on the applicant’s CNIC.
  • Monthly family income must be less than Rs 45,000 – Rs 50,000.
  • The PMT (Poverty Mean Score) must be less than 30%.

Exclusion Criteria Nigehban Ramzan Registration

  • Individuals/families receiving financial aid through BISP (Benazir Income Support Program).
  • People who are already receiving aid through other welfare programs.
  • Individuals who have submitted incorrect details and whose monthly income has been excluded from all government welfare aids, including the Ration Card and the Nigehban Card.

How to Get Nigehban Card – Nigehban Ramzan Package Registration

The government handed over the details of nearly 3 million families, including last year’s beneficiaries, as well as the data collected through the PSER Survey, to the Bank of Punjab.  Bank of Punjab will verify the data to ensure a transparent distribution of assistance and allotment of cards to deserving families. Below is the complete process to collect/receive Nigehban Card Aid under the Nigehban Ramzan program.

  • The Nigehban Card will be delivered to the doorsteps of eligible residents.
  • Besides this, the Punjab Government will set up collection centers and camp-sites across every tehsil of Punjab through local administration.
  • Eligible residents will visit these collection centers with their CNIC and registered mobile number.
  • The government and Bank of Punjab representatives will verify your registration and eligibility.
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered number. Provide the OTP to the representative for verification.
  • After verification, eligible residents can receive their Nigehban Ramadan Program Aid.
  •  Moreover, eligible residents can visit 20,000+ Brachless Banking Agents (UBL Omni, AlfaPay, and HBL Konnect) under Bank of Punjab to activate the Negahban Card and receive financial aid.
